If you've been contacted by someone pretending to be from your bank or a well-known company, or you think you may have clicked on something you weren't sure about, don't panic. We go through your device carefully, remove anything that shouldn't be there, and restore it to a clean, safe state with your photos and files kept intact wherever possible.

Computer or laptop died and you need the files?

We help recover files from computers that won't start, carry out internal repairs, and upgrade key components like memory and storage to improve performance.

If something can be repaired or improved, we'll always explore that first rather than recommending a replacement. We don't cover physical damage such as broken screens, but most other issues can usually be fixed.

Don't put your photos and documents at risk.

Hard drives can fail without any warning at all, and losing years of family photographs is devastating. We set up automatic backup so that your files are protected even if the worst happens.

If something has already gone wrong, we can also recover files from failing or damaged drives wherever possible. We offer backup solutions to keep your data safe in your home, or in the cloud.

We install multi-room audio or media streaming from scratch, connect them to your devices, and make sure everything works together the way it should.
